Grounded Spaces is a low-impact movement and wellness studio designed for balance rather than burn. Located on Orchard Road, it offers a quieter counterpoint to high-energy gyms and intense training schedules – a place to slow things down without switching off completely.

With Privilee, Members enjoy one complimentary class per week at Grounded Spaces. It fits easily into fitness and wellness routines – especially on days when your body needs something supportive, steady, and low-impact.

The space

The studio itself is minimal and thoughtfully designed. You’ll find it on Level 6 of Orchard Plaza Mall. Step inside and the contrast is immediate. The studio is light, calm, and considered, with soft beige tones, clean lines, and an atmosphere that feels relaxed rather than performative.

The focus is on creating an environment that feels easy to be in – somewhere you can concentrate on movement, breath, and form without distraction. Despite its central Orchard Road location, the space feels removed once you’re inside.

The classes

Grounded Spaces specialises in low-impact movement delivered through slow, controlled classes. Sessions are designed to keep the body feeling balanced and steady, rather than pushed to exhaustion.

The classes include:

Pilates

Mat-based classes focus on core strength, alignment, and control.

  • Pilates Matwork I is ideal for beginners, with precise sequencing and a steady pace.

  • Pilates Sculpt adds more strength work and longer stretches, while staying controlled.

  • Cardio Pilates Matwork II lifts the tempo slightly, blending core work with light cardio.

Barre

Technique-led and low-impact, barre classes use small, controlled movements to build strength and balance.

  • Barre I is beginner-friendly, with a strong focus on form.

  • Barre Sculpt II adds resistance and challenge while keeping movements precise and joint-friendly.

Yoga & Yogalates

These classes combine flow, strength, and mobility.

  • Yogalates blends Pilates-style strength with yoga flow.

  • Yoga Flow and Stretch focuses on smooth movement, flexibility, and breath awareness.

  • Gentle Flow and Stretch is slower and supportive, ideal for recovery days.

Sound Bath

A still, deeply calming session centred on rest and nervous-system reset. Minimal movement, maximum quiet – designed to help you properly slow down.

Across all classes, the pace is intentional and welcoming. You don’t need prior experience, flexibility, or perfect form. The emphasis is on moving well, not keeping up.

What to expect

Grounded Spaces keeps things simple. Mats and equipment are provided, so there’s no need to bring your own. Changing rooms are available, and there’s a water station on site.

There are no showers and no café or juice bar – which reinforces the studio’s focus. This is a place you come to move, reset, and then head back into your day, feeling better for it.
