What are “Privilee Member rates”?
Privilee Member rates give you special rates at venues. From food and drinks, spa treatments to activities.
How do I redeem my Member rate?
The process is easy. Follow these three simple steps:
Tap “Card” on the home screen of your app.
Tap “Redeem,” and you will be prompted to enter a four-digit pin.
Enter the four-digit pin, provided by the venue, then enter the total bill amount. This means you will be able to view your savings after your Privilee Member rate is applied.
That’s it, you’ve redeemed your Member rate.
How can I view the Member rates I get?
On the homepage of your app, select “Categories.” You will find a list of categories: Pool & beach, Gyms & studios, Kids & family, Restaurants, Sports activities, Spas, etc. Tap the category to explore venues, then select a venue to learn more about your exclusive benefits and rates.
Are there any restrictions?
Some venues allow Member rates on selected days only, so please check your app before you go. Generally, there aren’t any restrictions, and if there are, they will be clearly outlined within the app.
Do I need to be connected to the internet?
Yes, to redeem Privilee Member rates, you need to be connected to the internet.
Who can use Privilee Member rates?
The Privilee Member must be present at the time of redemption; however, you can bring guests who are entitled to the discount. The number of guests you can bring will be clearly displayed on the venue page in the app.
Are Privilee Member rates valid during public holidays?
This is dependent on the venue; please call ahead to confirm with the venue if they accept Privilee Member rates during public holidays.
Can I use Privilee Member rates with other offers?
Privilee Member rates cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotions or offers.
