Welcome to Privilee
This Privacy Policy explains how Privilee Pte Ltd (“Privilee”, “we” and “us”) collects, uses, and protects personal data in connection with the website privilee.sg and other websites including but not limited to sub domains of Privilee (“Websites”), the Privilee App (“App”), and the Privilee Membership, The Website, App, and Privilee Membership is later referred to as the “Services”.
It applies to the information we collect when registering, installing, accessing, or using our Services. By doing so, you agree to have read and understood this Privacy Policy, and consent to the collection and use of your information as described herein.
Please also review our Terms and Conditions, which set out the rules governing your access to and use of the Services.
1. Who is Privilee?
Privilee is a lifestyle membership platform that provides access to lifestyle, fitness, and wellness experiences. Through the Privilee App and Website, members can enjoy exclusive access to partner venues, including gyms, beach clubs, restaurants, and family-friendly destinations (collectively “Venues”).
We operate in multiple countries, where we partner with third party operators to deliver these experiences. While we facilitate access to such Venues, we do not own, operate, or control them. Our role is to provide you with a convenient, digital platform through which you can access and manage your Privilee benefits.
2. Collection of personal information
The collected information can include, but is not limited to personally identifiable information, and information about your use of our Services. Examples of data we collect are as follows.
2.1 Information collected when registering as a Privilee Member (“Member”)

Name, gender, phone number, and email.

Address, home country, and nationality.

Date of birth.

Relationship status, and number of kids.

Profile picture.

Payment information.

Password.
2.2 Information collected when using our Services

Information about your use of Venues, including when and where you check in and check out, and your location while you are checked in to any of these.

Records of transactions you complete through our Services.

Information about your location when you are actively using our Services and / or when you are checked in at a Venue.
2.3 Other general information
We collect general information that does not personally identify you. This may include your IP address, pixel tags, cookies, information about the App, browser and operating system details, device identifiers, as well as performance and diagnostic data (such as usage patterns). You may manage or disable cookies through your browser settings. We also record details of when and how you access and use our Services. In addition, we monitor usage of our Services to help us improve and enhance them.
2.4 Children’s data
We do not knowingly collect personal data of children under the age of 18 without parental or guardian consent. If you believe we have collected such data, please contact us for deletion.
2.5 Information from third parties
We may provide services in cooperation with third parties. Any personal information you share with those third parties may be transferred to us to enable the provision of such services. We will collect and process the information in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
3. Security of the collected personal data
We implement appropriate security measures, procedures, and practices to safeguard the personal information we collect and process about you. Our systems are regularly monitored for potential vulnerabilities and unauthorized access. Nevertheless, no method of transmission or storage of data can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot warrant the absolute security of information you provide to us.
4. How your information are used
Privilee collects and uses your information to operate, improve, and personalise our Services. We may use the information as follows, but not limited to:

Monitoring visits to Venues and providing location-based services, e.g. nearby Venues, directions to Venues, occupancy updates.

Processing transactions, conducting credit control, and delivering personalised content or advertising.

Ensuring optimal presentation of our Services and notifying you of updates or changes.

Communicating with you regarding your Membership, enquiries, or surveys.

Enhancing safety and reliability by detecting, preventing, and addressing fraud, abuse, security risks, or technical issues.
5. Sharing your information
Privilee implement appropriate measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, misuse, or disclosure. Your information will only be disclosed by us in the following circumstances.

Where disclosure is necessary to provide the products and / or services you have requested.

Where it is necessary to conduct credit checks or related assessments.

Where you have expressly consented to the sharing of your information.

Where it is required by law enforcement authorities, government agencies, and regulators etc. where we believe disclosure is necessary as a matter of applicable law or regulation, to exercise, establish or defend our legal rights, or to protect your vital interests.

Where it is necessary to share your information with third parties regarding a merger, acquisition, restructure, sale of assets etc.
6. Data retention
We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law and regulation, e.g. tax and accounting requirements. Once these purposes no longer apply, we will delete or anonymise the data. Where immediate deletion is not possible, e.g. due to secure backup systems, we will restrict processing and storage of the data until deletion becomes feasible.
7. Cross-country data transfer
If a Member chooses to switch their Membership to another country within the App in order to access our Services there, the personal data associated with your Membership will be transferred to and processed in that country. This transfer is necessary to ensure a seamless experience and to enable our Services in the new location. By using your Membership in another country, you acknowledge and consent to the transfer of your personal data.
8. Your data protection rights
Where applicable law allows for such rights, you may have the following data protection rights:

You have the right to withdraw your consent for content-based processing, e.g. marketing communications, or consent regarding the App (notifications from the App, access to your device’s calendar, camera etc.).

You have the right to object to the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances, request that we restrict the processing of your personal data, and request portability of your personal data.

You have the right to erasure of personal data once the purpose for which it was collected or otherwise processed has been fulfilled, or where such data is no longer necessary in relation to that purpose.

9. Updating our Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes in law or our practices. If it gets updated, a revised date of “last updated” will be found on the first page of this document. Continued use of our Services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the updated Privacy Policy, you must stop using our Services. It is your sole responsibility to review this Privacy Policy regularly.
